Mountain railways are running again

The summer timetable will apply from March 28, 2026.
Starting Saturday, March 28, the Heidelberg mountain railways will resume their regular service between Kornmarkt and Königstuhl. The inspection is complete. Over the past three weeks, the Upper and Lower Mountain Railways underwent their annual safety inspection.
Summer Timetable Changeover
With the changeover, the last train from Königstuhl to the valley departs at 7:48 p.m., and the last train from Molkenkur departs at 8:00 p.m. The last train from the Schloss station departs at 8:03 p.m.
This timetable is valid until and including Sunday, November 1, 2026.
